When I hadn’t received this purchase by 2-11-10 after ordering it on 1-19-10, I contacted Amazon. I was informed that the supplier HAD NOT shipped it yet! I had been previously notified that it would be shipped between 2-1-10 and 2-9-10. As this was for a time-sensitive home remodeling project, I contacted Amazon and requested a cancellation of this order and refund to my credit card.
Amazon cancelled the order right away and the credit appeared quickly on my account. I do not believe this is a reliable supplier company.

Good quality product. Heavy and solid. Very easy to install. Added a nice finishing touch to my newly remodelled master bath.

I recently remodeled my entire downstairs area upgrading all fixtures & hardware. This was the last little bit I had to change and I was going cheap. This is really nice inexpensive bathroom hwardware that looks sharp once you install it. I was very pleased with the quality, appearance, and functionality.
